Fixed wire testing and inspection
Every property deteriorates with age over time. Legislation requires that electrical installations are maintained in a safe condition and therefore must be inspected and tested on a regular basis to be compliant with the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989, the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and BS 7671 (IEE Wiring Regulations)
Emergency lighting testing and inspection
Emergency lighting in buildings (except domestic) is vital to the safety of occupants in situations where power is lost. It provides sufficient lighting levels to allow their safe evacuation and also illuminated signage marking exit routes.
